umm looks like ill be the first to say give me a break. He might beat barrera because barrera is over the hill for the most part but no way he beats pac and marquez. Marquez posses to much of everything for the light hitting guzman and pac is a beast and you guys forget that guzman is compared to the great pacquiao, pac isnt compared to guzman. Theres a reason.

You guys are sucking Guzman's **** entirely too much. It's way too early to tell who he'd beat. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt against the aging Barrera. Pacquiao throws better, straighter punches and could probably counterpunch Guzman all night. Guzman's only prayer against Marquez would be landing a wide, looping KO shot on Marquez's suspect chin.

I agree with the above posters, he could possibly beat Marquez and Barrera but he would get knocked out by Pacquiao, I think people are hyping him too much. Pacquiao is just plain better then Guzman and would take him down.

Agreed. I like Guzman too, he's exciting as hell but this **** is getting absurd now. Anytime an up and coming fighter scores a few big knockouts, suddenly they are going to dethrone all in their division and conquer it. It's funny too, I remember people saying the same **** about Vic Darchinyan not long ago......Where'd those guys go?

Overrated!!! PACman will Destroy Joan Guzman. I wouldnt even be surprised if Soto beats him in November. Guzman fought Bum's. Only guy worth mentioning is Barrios.

yep its getting out hand. and guzman aint even score big knockouts to be feared! pac's straight will hit guzman's open face more quickly than guzman's looping shots.

No Punch, no good defense, no big wins. Is class A may be but he doesn´t beat Pacquiao & Marquez, i give Guzman 50 50 % in the Soto´s fight. The winner of that fight is the Morales´s succesor but right now even Soto can not beat Pacman or Marquez.

The fight between both is the test.
