It's because Taylor can't get the job done, simply put. He puts forth the bare minimum in the ring to win his fights and Steward gets pissed at him all the time. Hell, Taylor had 12 rounds to knock out a smaller, weaker Spinks and still couldn't find it in himself to throw more than 9 punches a round. Whereas guys like Cintron and Klitschko let their hands go at will and knock guys out in the crowd pleasing fashion crowds expect from fighters.

If Taylor can't let his hands go and listen to Steward in September he'll be crushed by Pavlik for sure.

Sad to say but, that maybe what it takes to make JT wake up but personally I don't see pavlik being the one to do it but, he does have a punchers chance look I for JT to put pavlik on the canvas

Pretty much. And how long's it been since Klitschko got knocked out? and Cintron was only knocked out once to my knowledge. By an Antonio Margarito who was at the peak of his performance level, so that's not much of a negative.

yeah because the probably have a better chemistry, i bet cintron is soaking up what manny has for him like a sponge, while taylor is probably set in his ways and doesn't like not being the main focus of his trainer, like his old one.

                  can you blame him?

cintron just KOd a guy who was never KOd or KDd before, and in brutal fashion.

wlad is knocking out everybody they put in front of him, hes the best HW in the world.

taylor's having trouble fighting jr MWs and is already making excuses about why hes going to lose to pavlik.

i wouldn't be too excited about taylor either.

What excuses is Jermain using why he will lose to Pavlik? I honestly haven't heard and would love to hear it. Surely it couldn't have anything to do with the fact that he traded in his hunger for competition for hunger of cash? Taylor's too ****ing complacent in his position and he's in for a serious heart-testing when he fights Pavlik next month.
