Morales is a nice guy and respectful. I was sitting next to Tony Lopez and Erik went up to him and said hello and its an honor to meet him. I then said hi to Morales since he was there and shook his hand as well. He said hello also but was in a rush since he had to use the bathroom. I only know that part because I went right after that and saw him in there.

we could list for ages....nobody will every agree on many fighters...people have their favorites and usually support them passionately so of course you probably won't like anyone that beats your guy or talks smack about your guy...but then if you only look at undefeated guys ala Mayweather everyone else hates him cuz he beat their guy...so its a lose lose...you might not find any fighters that EVERYONE can agree on...maybe much older fighters or maybe guys like Gatti...or speaking of Gatti...what about Micky Ward? nobody i've ever talked to seems to have a problem with him

In general, I don't know if it's possible for anyone to be liked by everyone. Even Jesus Christ, who was flawless, had his detractors. Respect, on the other hand, may be more achievable. Be that as it may, I do think the following fighters (past and present) have a high percentage of people who like and respect them:

I heard the Roach incident went something like this:

FR: Hey Erik, great fight, it looks like we took you a little too lightly.

Just seems a little excessive. Morales is a great fighter though, I respect him a lot, he just seems like a ****.

I really think the only person that can be the only person that no one hates is ODLH, because he is a nice, good fighter who is exciting, and he hasn't beat anyone who has a huge fan following. I mean, the Mosley, Mayweather, Hopkins or Trinidad fans can't really hate him. I guess the Vargas fans can, but why? Vargas started all that ****, same with Mayorga fans. In fact, I am a big fan of both Mayorga and Mayweather and I still like De La Hoya a lot.
