Tony Mundine, father of WBA "regular" super middleweight champion Anthony Mundine, told media outlet APF that his son is unlikely to regain full vision in his infected left eye. The eye injury happened last weekend, when Mundine, while dining in a New Zealand restaurant, had a contact lens fall from his eye to the floor, and Mundine picked it up and cleaned it with his mouth before placing it back in his left eye. Regardless of whether you like the guy or not...that is upsetting for his career to seemingly have to end over this.
