My sister (who basically knows nothing about boxing) is getting her boyfriend tickets to a boxing match for his birthday. She doesn't really want to spend a ton of money on tickets or anything. Although she wants it to be a good fight. I was wondering what upcoming fights you think would be good to see. And also if there are any tips to getting good tickets (ordering from certain places, best seats for the price). Thanks a lot.

Where is she located in the country? Is she by you, I mean fights aren't nearly as expensive as airline tickets, so, look on boxrec's upcoming bouts (look at every Saturday coming up, that's when the best fights are) and try to find something that isn't too far away from her.Comment

Well it is now Marquez vs. Rocky Juarez, Barrios pulled out. I like that lineup, it will be good. It also has Kassim Ouma vs. Sergio Mora, Francisco Bojado vs. Steve Forbes and Robert Guerrero vs. Martin Honorio. I recognize 6 of the 8 names, and one of them is currently #3 on the P4P list, so by all means, that is a great night if she can afford it. Nothing else is that big that hasn't been sold out yet.Comment
