I have read several times that Antonio Margarito was born in Cali and is a US citizen. Yet, he was raised in Tijuana.

Were his parents well-off (a la Barrera)? Did they have money? It just seems that so many Mexicans are trying to get TO the states. You rarely (if ever) hear about American-born people of Mexican descent going to live in Mexico.
