Do you think Refs should be picked based on their personality towards fights?

Meaning, who would have liked Steve Smoger to ref this past Saturday, Vasquez-Marquez 2? I know some would have loved him, others might of thought it would have been too horrific to have him as ref, someone would have been dead by the end of the night. But I hate when these no name refs come in to ref big fights and do ****** things that the rest of the people that know the fighters, know what's really going on.

the refs are the ones that have to make educated calls and yes we disagree alot but they go through the proper path to be in that position. Better to fight another day than not fight or even breathe ever again.

yes some refs really make the difference on who wins the fight without a doubt..

yes the decision of who is made referee should be based on the styles and techniques of those fighting.
