Seems like every Pacquiao fight we see news releases exactly the same as this one. Has he ever showed up for camp on time for a fight...you'd think this wouldn't even be worth reporting on anymore.

Manny seriously thinks he's got this down. Barrera has been training for this fight I think a month after the Marquez bout since it was talked about that he would possibly be facing Manny as his last opponent. So you got Barrera with a good 2 months extra preparation over Manny and that conditioning he's going through will pay off. Now whether his gameplan does or not is another story, but Manny can't afford to take Barrera lightly. He's got everything to lose and really nothing to gain other than a fat check.

weird, i was just on boxrec and they had an article up saying that pacquiao was on a plane, then when i went back to the home page, it was gone. who knows.

whether pac is taking this fight serious or not, does he have to, even in a loss he still wins, because they will have a 3rd fight, i loss is a set back but when you can set up a mega fight to settle the score and make it a finale of the trilogy, it's not really losing, other than how you lose and it being on your record. but there is more money in a trilogy then there is if he flat out wins again.
