For those who saw the undercard fight you would've seen that Marquez's camp was complaining about the taping of Vazquez's glove and made him retape it. Gary Shaw also said that he was filing formal protestest both with the state commission and WBC.
Does anyone know anything more about this? What was the exact issue with the glove taping? Was Vazquez's trainer, Rudy Perez, attempting to tape his gloves like he did for Barrera in his second fight against Juarez II?
