Joshua Clottey in my opinion is the most underrated fighter in the welterweight division. williams dosent hit with enough power clottey will beat him once he gets inside to strong

lol williams did a lot more damage to margarito and put on a boxing clinic compared to clottey. clottey would never beat williams inside, margarito couldn't do it but you think clottey would LOL
