I dont quite understand it either, maybe he had one more on his contract?
There wasnt even a big marketing campaign behind this fight, I dont recall seeing anything but a poster and I think HBO was airing alot of Morales fights. Only the hardcore boxing or morales fans will get this.

I'm thinking about ordering it

he has many fans who like the way he's verbally disrespected barrera and pacquiao and others in the past.
but imo he still deserves ppv. especially if he's going to get his butt woop'd

You guys are wrong. No way he deserves to be on PPV. Your main point about his marketability isnt even true. He's not a big name fighter as far as PPV goes. None of those Mexican guys are but yet people have the impression that they are. The only one is Oscar. I bet EM wont even do good numbers tonight. Even when they have there big time fights with MAB, JMM, Pac, etc.., they still do only modest numbers. No way a guy like that deserves to be on PPV at this stage. If Taylor-Pavlik isnt on PPV then this definatly shouldnt be. Again, I could see if EM put up numbers but they arent all that great
