If the fight will be a brawl, then i have to go with Mayorga. Mayorga might have lost to by TKO to Dela Hoya and Trinida, but he wasn't exactly put to sleep. While Vargas was really badly hurt by Dela Hoya, Trinidad, and Mosley. I see Mayorga have a better chin than Vargas. If Vargas brawl and leaves his head open, then a KO win for Mayorga.
If Vargas box Mayorga, then a UD for Ricardo. But i don't see it happening. Vargas likes to brawl. Mayorga by KO somewhere between the 5th and 8th round.
