let it buffer past 70 percent and then open it in vlc player as i described in the first post

I've got good picture quality but its not running smoothly at all. It buffers up to 80/90% then drops to 50% then builds up again then drops again etc, so ****in annoying!

the showtime feed was workin perfect for me before, but i closed it to watch michael irvin's induction

i opened the vlc and did what u said but i just get like clips and closes...i have to keep pressing play....how can i fix it?

dont open vlc at first, open sopcast, open the channel wait until it buffers close to 70...then go to vlc player, open network stream, and type in the address 127.0.0.1:8902 under the http part. its running in perfect quality. still cant find diaz vs morales
