b hop called him out after the winky fight, but jermain taylor is undefeated just like calzaghe? imo, i think jt deserves to fight calzaghe cuz he beat b hop twice and if he beats povlik in his next fight. I think he proven himself that he can fight anyone. but im pretty sure there some people out there that think it should be hopkins fighting calzaghe? what yall think?

as far as calzaghe fighting other guys he still has to beat kessler, and although he very well may beat kessler, he still has to do it.

now that being said, i think taylor is too green for a fighter like calzaghe, kessler too but i have more faith in kessler to stay with his game plan and fight more intelligently than taylor would.

taylor hasn't fought guys his size, normally it's guys smaller than him moving up, calzaghe would be too much for taylor, it would probably look like the lacy fight again but more spirited this time by taylor then lacy.

now with all the bullmess with taylor beating hopkins this and that, it is what it is or was, hopkins fighting against the establishment (just to give it a name) but it was hopkins verses hbo and dibella, but that's old news, hopkins has proved himself to be better by his performances after the taylor fights and taylor has only regressed.

i think hopkins would be a better fight against calzaghe because of his experience, guile, skill, and his ability like calzaghe to get his opponent to fight his fight ( well calzaghe some times ). but i think that it would be extremely interesting to watch these two do their thing inside the ring against one another trying to get each other to fall into each ones traps. it would be a classic, even at hopkins old age. i think the dynamic of the match up is greater if hopkins were to fight calzaghe rather than taylor fighting calzaghe.

but there are some others out there that may qualify, i know that calzaghe really doesn't care too much about caliber of who he's fighting, so i'm sure we could draw names out a hat for him............

I know it wouldn't happen but I would like to see him fight Allan Green or Chad Dawson. Obviously those aren't big money fights though.
