i say cotto has more power due to natural brute strength but mosley has power due to proper technique and speed.
cotto has more of a bruiser's power and mosley has more of an accurate, pin point, precise power.
it's a toss up, i'd hate to get hit by either guy.
the thing i like about cotto is that he doesn't care if your guard is up, he's going to hit you hard as **** in your guard and eventually break it down.
mosley is more of a finesse fighter and extremely accurate and coupled with that he aggressive. but the icing on the cake with mosley, not to say cotto isnt the same, but mosley is an excellent finisher, once he has a guy hurt or staggered he either puts them down or he puts them out.
to gauge their power it would be hard to do, cotto has solid brute strength power in each hand, where as mosley has speed and excellent technique to provide top quality power and the mind set to follow up.
what i like about both fighters is neither one rely on their power alone, they have a bag full of skill, tricks, technique they use in conjunction with their power to get the job done, i think both are prime examples of complete fighters, or at least a good solid template of how a fighter should be............
