Who beat Gatti best? Gomez or Mayweather

Mayweather should have been arrested for what he did to Gatti,he destroyed him with the nastiest combos ive seen,especially in round 6,there was a body head body head combo that was brutal

After seeing the Gatti-Mayweather re-run last night(3rd time watching it) it made me think that Floyd and Gomez' performance against Gatti is pretty much equal. They both landed hard punches.

lol equal my ass. I saw Gatti throwing punches at Gomez. He couldn't even throw a punch against Mayweather because every time he did, he got hit 16 times in return.

Gomez. Gatti has always been the kind of fighter who could take a beating, land a left hook and suddenly the fight is turned around. Unlike in the Mayweather fight Gatti landed that left hook on Gomez. And nothing. Gomez was still there. After that it was only a matter of time before Gatti was done for good.

Plus Gomez knocked Gatti's tooth through his lip, you can see it clearly when he was being helped up after being KOd.

We have to remember that this was 2 different Gatti's. Floyd fought Gatti when Gatti had won alot of fights in a row and was fighting at a super high level. I think the beating Floyd put on him pretty much finished him. Gomez fought him after that and after Baldy KO him. He was much easier by that time.


I also say the same thing about Cotto. I really like Cotto and he deserves credit for what he did to Zab but I think after a guy loses a couple of times in a row, he's then easier to beat in his next fight. After he gets behind or gets in any trouble, I think they get discouraged and start to quit.
