Not sure. I think I would favor Clottey as well in this one. He definitely has the speed to keep up with Williams. And he is a very good body puncher. Williams is very tive though so he could win rounds just off activity.

Both guys are the toughest fights to me at Welterweight. And both are high risk low rewrard. Especially Clottey his name isn't big so I don't think anyone with a name would take that fight unless its mandatory.

Williams,Clottey seems to tire down the scretch,Williams doesnt hit light,its just that he throws so many it wears u down,Williams UD,i dont see Clottey winning

as i have said, the down side of using a shel defensive style is that you can get the bad end of a decision if you are outworked, even if the other guy isnt lanading **** on you...williams wins this one in a close ud

Alright people let me clear one-thing up.... As of late ive been hearing how Paul Williams is a lite-puncher he doesnt have power etc... WATCH MORE THEN JUST HIS LAST FIGHT! its called a game plan Pauls plan for the Margarito fight was to be on his toes and tag not KO the Mexican, did any of you see the Matthyse fight because if so youd say Williams wasnt a lite-puncher. did you see the Paku fight because if so youd say Paul doesnt fight on his toes.... Im starting to doubt the true boxing fans on this site because a lot of you watch one fight and then run with that one fight and what happened in it like the two boxers have fought there first and last fights all in the same night... Take a compelation of fights and work off of those not just one!

^^^^ for real 90 percent of these mother****ers only seen one Paul Williams fight and now he is a lite puncher. then 90 percent of these mother****ers never seen clottey fight or only seen the marg and base that clottey is a beast on 4 rounds. thats ridiculous. I liek clottey, but most of his fights were in africa.

Williams has 24 or 25 KOs in 33 fights, yet Clottey has 19 KOs in 33 fights. 19!!!! thats good, but not beastly power. please I would love for anyone to argue that Clottey is more or much more powerful than Paul based on those facts.
