Well said, you pretty much made all the points I would have made. Why punish a fighter for being disciplined, and smart, enough not too go out on a limb at the higher weights.

I think at that time he was second only to Margarito in terms of stature and his southpaw stance gives you another problem because if you stay on the outside of leading foot his jab can take your head-off, if, like Hatton, you have short arms. If you try to get on the inside he can catch you on the way in with right hooks.

Fighting a taller southpaw can be a nightmare.
