Does anyone know why Peter Manfredo fights at 168, when he obviously isn't at 168

He doesnt have the discipline to cut the weight and make 160 effectivly.

I heard from a guy that knows Peters' family fairly well that he has been partying non stop ever since the contender. His attitude has changed. He is not the homely, humble guy that Peter once was. He is a party animal now.

Someone said Peter likes to party, doesn't surprise me he looked druged up in the press conference before he fought Calzaghe. Either that or really scared.
