lots of guys move up weight classes throughout their careers. What defines them is how they fight when the big fights are made.

I'm done with these threads. Hatton gets KTFO. By the 10th. If not earlier.

yeah ok speed killz ive actually had 46 amateur fights so i think i might know a little bit bout the sweet science, so again lets not go down the patronising route, i know how important it is to be a strong good in-fighter, also were not talking the 4 strongest guys in ww, which is a ****** argument because know one knows that, i meant shane mosley, de la hoya, mayweather, and cotto, which i dont think any them are strong in-fighters, even cotto throws his body puches from the outside. ricky hatton is not always pretty but he is a great in-fighter, and can rough floyd up and is smart on the inside, is great at throwing combinations out of clinches, as he is good at releasing his arms first and this comes from the strength i was referring to!

ok. that makes sense i see what ur sayin my bad for bein a ****. but that still doesnt change the fact that ricky's strength i think will be utterly useless when hes in the ring with mayweather. floyd is too fast and fluid for hatton to do anything significant to him. i still say floyd tko 11

i agree with you to a certan extent i def lean towards floyd, and i do think floyd is capable of knocking ricky out but i dont think he will, i believe this fight will depend on what happens in the first four rounds, hatton has got to make floyd throw many more punches then he is use to, and i think he will but i go for floyd 116-112 in a tough fight

Kerry Kayes is on Hatton's payroll...right? I assume that he is paid reasonably handsomely? And being Hatton's nutritionist has given him good exposure that would help him earn money both presently and in the future?

Do you think that (and I'm just reaching here) maybe - just maybe - Kayes might be best served by speaking ONLY positively about Hatton? Even by occasionally exaggerating in a complimentary fashion?

Do you believe every positive thing that Ellerbe says about Mayweather?

Right. So why would we think that Hatton's nutritionist is any different? By the way, the very same nutritionist who allows him to balloon to nearly 200 lbs between fights.

These guys know where their bread is buttered.
