Why do you care how much your fighter gets paid?

There's so much arguing on here about which fighter gets the bigger split, which fighter ducked which, etc? Unless you work in sports marketing and have access to information that the rest of us don't you're pretty much being ****** when you make these posts. Please defend yourself here and then cease that nonsensical bickering. It's one thing to say you think your guy can win because he can land certain punches against a certain guy. That's boxing discussion. Spending three hours arguing that your guy deserves 60% instead of 55%? That's a tough job and if any of you go into that fireld, good luck to you. But don't bother with other people on here who also know only what gets said on TV or printed here, and aren't marketing specialists.

    Gotta run, bye

none of us should argue about our fighters financial, we can argue over who should get the bigger slip though because it maybe obvious who is the more accomplished and bigger star but we should be here saying " oh such and such should get 20 mil thats not ur business.

Because it's unconstitutional to pay a man less than what he feels he is worth. I hate people getting ripped off.

But, to be honest, I don't MUCH care, I just hope good fighters get DECENT money, atleast. If they deserve it. I talk about money, but it's not the biggest issue with me. it's like the issue of where the fight should take place. I don't MUCH care about that either.

****.. it's true. Lol. With the same token, I hate when they charge A LOT for the PPV and it sucks. Another way to get people ripped off.

            WHY? Very Simple!

As unfortunate as it may sound.. In any competitive sport, the financial battle is just another battle and you WANT your fighter to win and not lose (get screwed)

This is just another victory and yes it gives you pleasure knowing that your fighter is either winning (in financials), screwing someone over, or at least is not getting screwed himself

The only reason I care about how much a fighter gets paid or is supposed to is because it can have an effect on negotiations or future negotiations.

I like hearing how much they get. It can be motivating if you're a fighter.

I only care that my fighters get paid fairly, but i am more interested in my fighters fighting the right people than how much they make or don't make.

Some people argue about their fighter's paycheck and how their fighter wont fight this fighter for millions cus he could fight the less risky fighter for more millions which i think is downright ridiculous. You'd swear they are financial advisers rather than boxing fans.
