    Williams//Hatton/Mosley/Cotto can become Alltime Greats

They are all stars already and all of them are in the same division, The welterweight division has'nt been this exciting for years, I think Williams can be the Hearns of our generation and win titles in more than couple of divisions because of his frame and fighting style and his height is similar and comparisons are made with Hearns, Mayweather who is already a 5 weight division is already an alltime great is compared to SRL and once he beats Hatton, Cotto and Mosley he will maybe be greater, Hatton is compared to Duran while Cotto and Mosley are compared to Trinidad and Hagler, While I really dont think Mosley should be compared to Hagler, they both were the same height but in different weight divisions.

Hatton will never be a all time great cuz his resume sucks. Its all paper...ass paper...the names were washed or home town refs...**** decisions...etc. History will remember how the UK sheltered their fighters.

You are right. But only if they fight each other putting on classics for the ages. Every era with greats had the best fighting the best, amd that's what makes most legends. I think 2 of these men have the ''greats'' thing in the bag soon.

Mosley already is kind of an all time great, with more than a dozen successful title defenses, most of them knockouts, two wins over a great welterweight (jumping from lightweight), lineal titles in three divisions.

Paul Williams barely won a decision over Antonio Margarito, hasn't cracked the top 5 in any weight division.

What do these two have in common?

Mosley has alot to prove before being called an ATG. The 2 losses to Forrest and Winky stand out in his resume

They qualify his greatness, but still for him to be mentioned with the other three guys in the thread title is a tremendous insult.

agreed, many people are underrating mosley, he is definately an all time great and has proved himself many times, while williams, hatton and cotto still have to have a few more solid title defenses and im sure they'll be there.
