He's a tough Ero fighter who back in his prime gave Tszyu some trouble...

Recently he gave Cotto a little bit of trouble, but the ring ranking him at no:10 is an outrage if you ask me.

Oktay was a contender against Miguel Cotto, lost by forfeit because his trainer thought the ref was being unfair by taking away Oktay's points without warnings. He's not that great of a boxer, a bit better awhile back, now he's just boxing for money.

Good, tough fighter. Doesn't have world class skills, but is better then average in every major category like chin, heart, punching power, speed, skills etc. Just lacking the drive and talent that the top fighters have.
