Rematch clauses are not permitted in mandatory defenses. But Margarito's promoter, Bob Arum, and Williams' promoter, Dan Goossen, late Saturday were beginning negotiations that would have the welterweights getting together a second time................. HOPE IT GETS DONE THIS YEAR
