Vivian Harris would make an excellent Welterweight, but instead he kills himself to make 140 and can only fight in intervals. The problem is, he can't really defend himself in those spots when he's exhausted and takes punches as a result. Vivian is a world class fighter, but he's not really open to suggestion at times and suffers a bit of Antonio Tarver Syndrome. You know what that is...

Junior has without doubt a big punch, his opponents tend to feel his power and then not fancy leaving thamselves open again. I seriously feel Junior is one of the most under rated fighters ever.
I admit he is not exiting, but is very smart and very difficult to hit.

why are you comparing Tarver with Harris. Tarver is the man who cameback from many loses with a win.

After Ray Oliveira beat Harris, Vivian was exposed. That was last shine for Ray, who was on his way to Shot City. I was in the gym and sparred w/him before that fight. Libby had his right arm tied so Sucra could work his jab in sparring. Did 2 rounds w/everyone in the gym.

I followed Ray since the Am's and all his pro stuff. It looked like a glimpse of the old Sucra, but not quite. Ray was a very good fighter but had personal issues that kept him from truly showing his full potential.

Point of all this is: if a old [and injured....another story] Sucra could beat Harris, then thats bad for Vivian. I think his chin didnt pan out to the rest of his skills. The dude is super super talented. Just a few bad errors in his game.

Harris is one of those dumb boxers who could be great but chooses to be ****** in the ring. I remember that fight, and Harris could have kicked the guys ass if Harris had used his distance, but instead harris wanted to fight this guy close up and almost got ko'd because of it.
Don't people on here usually complain about smart fighters? I thought this is what brainless boxing fans liked (brainless, come-forward robot boxers)?
