Floyd Sr. sucks because he tries to make every fighter fight one way.

I think it was a mistake to take Oscar DeLaHoya....& turn him into a potshotting slicky-boy, who leaned over to his right for defensive & right-handed power purposes.

yeah, Oscar's right was never that good....but I truly believe he was a better fighter when the focus was on him overworking his left hand.

Really, what has Merkerson ever had to tell Roy in the corner? I have never seen him in anybody elses corner....who knows, maybe he is a good trainer. When Merkerson is in Roy's corner he is a cheerleader.

Oscar Suarez, is there any fighter that did not start to suck when he started in their corner? Look at Naz and Freitas.

              Isnt Bojado with McGirt now?
I think that boy has alot of potential if he would get with the right trainer, and that is NOT Mayweather!

That's a damn shame. With McGirt he could go very far I think!! Floyd has a tendacy to "change" a good fighter for the worse, and Panchito is still so young and had it going on pretty much before Mayweather screwed with him!
The rate that Oscar use to go thru trainers makes me seriously question what he see's in Floyd at all? I thought he would dump him after the 2nd Mosley fight but he seem's satisfied with him for reasons I'll never understand

True. Mcgirt is good at working with what the fighter has.

he got mcgirt czu floyd was all attention for oscar
my bad i had my guys confused
i think floyd did do well with panchito
                      and Mcgirt messed up bojado
bojado was a nice power puncher
and hes tryin to change him into a combination boxer
instead of just relying on his power
