I know lots of people who own Michael Vick jerseys, well they're not going to wear them now. He lost every single fan he has ever had, unless he has some idiot fans who see nothing wrong with killing dogs and torturing them. After the dogs would lose in the dog-fight, vick's sick ass would electrocute them for his own pleasure. Thats not a quick death, he is a sick ****er. He was my favorite quarterback at one time, now this incident makes me sick that I was a fan of this sicko. Vick should fear for his life, someone might capture his ass and torture him. Bet you that ***** has a bunch of body-guards protecting his ass now. More protection then he has ever had, more body-guards.

to be honest, i was hoping those jerseys would go down in price so i could buy one, id still wear his jersey, mostly because i always wanted to own one and they look dope. i own a dog and a cat, i am upset at his action, however i still would rock that jersey.

Sonofisis, You don't know what you are talking about. You must have seen punks rolling dogs in the street who don't have a clue. Dogfighting has rules just like boxing and the first rule is, if one dog turns and refuses to fight, when the dogs are picked up, the dog who turned away must cross a scratch line and mouth the other dog. If he refuses, indicating he doesn't want to fight, then the fight is over, even if it only went one minute. In the real world of dogfighting, dogs fight because they love it, and it is up to the owners to monitor the action.

The real problem in dogfighting is not the fighting, but the ********, which is against city, state, and federal law, as well as infiltration of dog circles by dopers, punks, gangsters, etc., who use the dogs as bling, protection, or in trade for guns, drugs, etc. Many, many of your beloved boxers you think so highly of have pit bulldogs and understand the game clearly. There is not a gamer "higher animal" on the planet. Again, take some time to learn about the breed, which has a history going back almost 200 years in this country. Dogfighters are the reason a game dog exists today, but probably 95% of pit owners just admire the breed. I doubt most of their dogs have ever heard the echo of a dog fight. Moreover, non-pit owners, which I assume includes nearly everyone on this thread, don't know any more about the pit dogs than the idiots at PETA. And Vick's dogs could kick Lamon's dogs' asses. He's probably got poodles or some other politically correct breed.

All this being said, I don't condone euthanasia, especially in the ways they were accused of doing it. But every serious breeder of every breed euthanizes dogs which don't meet up to his standard. This is why we have breeds. Otherwise, they'd just be mutts. Similarly, anyone who has ever eaten an animal or plant, worn leather or cotton, etc., has caused the death of a living thing, often a torturous death by electrocution, shooting, cutting up at the roots, etc. I'd like to see anybody survive a month without causing harm to other living things. Likewise, boxers are tested in the ring, where only the strongest, most determined, and best trained survive. Everyone else simply talks about it.

Meanwhile, where are all the posters on this forum with pit bulldogs who walk them around their neighborhoods pretending to be bad asses? Hiding under your beds with your dogs until this thread dies? As usual, I am one of the few pit owners game enough to stand up for the breed and breeders apparently.
