The clinching, grabbing will be addressed even before they step in the ring. Without it Hatton is worst than average.

Mayweather commits his second hate crime in this fight. Floyd by TKO stoppage.

Hatton will be 150 - 154 lbs on the night. When he fought Collazo he was 160 lbs and very sluggish. Hadn't trained right.

mayweather is pfp the most over rated fighter in the sport. he aint fought **** at jr welter or welter. all his last fights have been against half ass opponents except for de la hoya who aint even in the game any more and had a lot of ring rust. mayweather couldnt stop castillio and he couldnt stop kostya tszyu. i think mayweather hatton will be a good close fight.

His next fight at 147 will be completely different, Mayweather isn't a natural 147 fighter, both Mayweather and Hatton will come in at about the same weight on fight night! Also, the comparisons with Gatti and Hatton are ridiculous. Gatti was an outside brawler, he was in his mid thirties, shot to pieces and fought the wrong fight entirely. The muppet decided to try and outbox Mayweather. He didn't close him down or nothing. HATTON WILL CLOSE MAYWEATHER DOWN. He will not try and outbox the boxer. He will not stand off Mayweather and let him pummel him.

In addition, Hatton is in his PRIME at 28 years old. He is undefeated - a multi time word champion, a two weight world champion. Nobody has found a way to beat him yet.

This is the most dangerous fight for Mayweather at the moment - if people think that this fight is the money fight then you are fools. Everybody knows that Mosley and Cotto have had more exposure on American television and they are the money fights. Mayweather finally seems to be doing something for his legacy.
Yep, his whole career is being defined by a poor performance against Collazo, I could understand if Hatton had fought several fights up at Welter and lost but he had one rushed fight up at Welter and won the WBA belt. OK he was poor on the night but....so what?

Its laughable as always, Tszyu was the favourite yet Hatton wins and he was then a shot fighter, many thought Castillo still could beat Hatton yet he gets taken out and he's a shot fighter?

PBF is the better all round fighter no doubt but for ****s sake Hatton is an excellent fighter who will give PBF problems and might even win the fight if he executes the right game plan, PBF is favorite but Hattons in with a shot!

I will ask this again. Someone please explain to me why Hatton left 147 and went back to 140?

Ricky did not took Collazo seriously, if he did he would've stopped him in the 2nd round. When Ricky is fighting elite fighters like Tszyu and Castillo, he takes those guys seriously, we all know what happened in those two fights.

I like Floyd but I don't see how he beats the baddest man alive.

Ricky reminds me of Hands of Stone, he can beat anyone from 140 - 160.

              Lets go Ricky.

I hope Hatton clinches at his disposal.

It's just as bad as watching Floyd play catch me if you can, and I have a theory the two might cancel each other out and somehow make for an interesting fight.

but he cant fight clinching all the time e****ally when fighting Cotto who will punish his body.

Floyd got some trick in his hand like he could got for a quick left hooks to the body and stuff like that.

remeber that Floyd is fighting someone who is smaller than him so he could probably hurt him.

I wonder way people are comparing Hatton to Duran that is just too obessene

What exactly are you agreeing to? Surely you'll admit that Hatton is a much much much better fighter than Arturo Gatti ever was.

A prime Gatti would have about 5 or 6 losses if he had fought Hatton's competition. Hatton may not have the perfect resume, but to win every one of those fights is extremely impressive. And he does everything in boxing better than Gatti.

Mayweather-Gatti is like Tyson-Spinks as far as creating a misleading perception of vulnerability. The same guy Mayweather beat, and a similar version of him, just lost to Alphonso Gomez. (and if Gatti is shot, he already was when he fought Floyd).
