Paulie Malignaggi

Don't get me wrong. I think Paulie is a heck of a boxer but is it me or is Malignaggi getting a tad overrated? It's hard to say especially considering the stones he proved he had against Cotto.


I think he has a ton of courage and enough moxie to perhaps surprise a few. I was very impressed with his candid comments of Miguel Cotto after his win over N'dou saying anyone who fights cotto is going to take a physical beating. I found him forthright and honest and enjoyed that side of him.

You have to remember he's at 140 which is a weak division, but even Floyd said Malignaggi was a good boxer.

Pillow Hands is good, but the lack of power hurts him a lot. he wont be able to beat the top top guys in his weight class.

He's very talented but has no power at all.
