Junior Witter and Amir Khan have told BBC Radio Wales' Back Page show they are interested in a fight with new WBA light welterweight champion Gavin Rees.

Everyone wants Rees now they think hes going to be easy pickings, hopefully he can get past Kotelnik, if he beats Kotelnik that would add some weight to the level that Rees is. I think people are underestimating this little fella he works his socks off and throws a crazy number of body shots, needs to work on his stamina he was hanging on those last couple of rounds vs M'Baye. Be intresting if Khan steps up to the plate and faces him to win a world title, i don't think warren would allow it because if he gets past Rees he would have to defend against quality opponents.

Yep, Dmitry Salita's people sent out a press release the other day claiming they want a shot at him as well.

For what it's worth, Rees is easily looking at what will far and away be the biggest payday of his career in his next fight.
