How can someone kill another person and not feel as though they did something wrong? If i killed someone because I used self-defense I'd have in the back of my mind that I killed someone and that it would forever haunt me in my dreams and my daily life. I cannot comprehend how people can kill each other and not feel an emotion.

They were black. Hardly surprising given that 99% of shootings in this country are black on black (mostly innocent victims).
