                I dont know about this. Did people not commit these crimes when there was capital punishment then? It might be a good idea though.

                  I don't think crime was at this extent. We have the next generation coming up who arn't afraid to carry guns, knifes, and shoot first, never ask questions later. I'm all in favour of capital punishment, they need to know that there is something vicious and painful waiting for them too if they decide to use the knife or pull the trigger. The prospect of a few years or even life just doesn't cut it anymore. Time is time. Pain is pain.

                  Human Rights legislation has gone so far in on itself, it is protecting the very evil it set out to divide us(the good) against. As soon as a criminal is found guilty, they should lose all of their rights, and from there on out anything goes.

                  OK, counter-argument, innocent people may get punished too. Fine, thats a valid point. But how about those who are 100% guilty, confirmed by CCTV, or repeat offenders, such as peadophiles. They should be destroyed.

                    Just seen it on the news, they are going to turn his life-support of on Friday, got to catch these scumbags, the problem is with the black communites crime is out of control with young black people in london problem is than when they catch them they will only serve 10 to 15 years british justice is shocking they should be dancing at the end of a rope, in the USA they would be getting 99 years or so sympathy for James Oyebola's family
