Why is HBO not showing Velazquez/Santiago??

It's really ridiculous. You'd think they'd reward fans that buy their countless PPVs, but instead they replay the fight people paid for, and screw us out of a potentially jaw-dropping war. Velazquez always brings action. Why does HBO have such a problem with giving us 3 fights? In this case, ONE fight and a replay. Tired of seeing this happen. With all the PPVs, they owe us.
