Obviously a fight with Oscar is at the top of anyone's list, but since you're asking who should he fight NEXT, its Mayweather. Oscar won't fight again until next May and there is no reason Hatton should wait another 9 1/2 months to fight.

A fight with De La Hoya would make Hatton a lot of money, and raise his profile in the US. Everybody will have heard of Ricky Hatton after he fights DLH, win or lose.

He should fight Cotto. A fight with Mayweather will be boring and one sided and on PPV. Just more reason to complain about Mayweather.
