then why doesn't Mayweather fight the best

Still failing with the attempted wit I see. Keep practising, son.

I've no ****ing idea if Oscar can make weight at 147 but he says he can and you or I certainly don't know any different. I wouldn't have thought Mosley could come back down so easily but he has.

I see you're still getting confused with $ and £.

If you don't think there's well over $20m to be made in this fight then you're clueless. It'll probably generate closer to $30m if marketed right.

You, a real poster? Please......you're ****ing clueless and you've barely seen any fights. You've just got a misguided opinion of your own intelligence off the back of pretty much the easiest degree you can do. You're just crap in every way.

Sorry mate, De La Hoya says loads of things, he said he would never fight mayweather didnt he? about 2 months later the fight happened.

But yeah, if you think de la hoya can still make 147, and would do it for Ricky Hatton, then good on you mate Seriously, stick to planting geraniums leave the boxing to real posters.

Seriously, dont waste my time anymore with this crap things like

"Hatton asking for 13 million is reasonable" thats the first time i ever heard that one, surely i dont need to explain to you why there is a problem when a fighter whose biggest purse is 2.5 million, starts (that was after he asked for the 13 mil) asking for 13 million.

U like hatton's **** it tastes of Fray Bentos steak and kidney pie, but dont let that affect your judgement.

How can turning down a fight twice mean you really want to fight?

          idiot.

Your right, Margarito would beat mayweather,

Did you see the paul williams fight?

Margarito is a good fighter, not in the league of mayweather though, get serious please.

Also, if Ricky Hatton takes this fight, of course i shall instantly change my mind and declare that he must want to fight, for obvious reasons.

As has been stated by the various posters in the last few posts, here is the deal:

If the fight is made, everyone needs to get off Hatton and Floyd's backs.

If the fight is not made, an argument can be made that Hatton didn't want the fight as much as he claimed. Floyd is in a position as welterweight champ to fight Mosley, Cotto, Williams, Cintron et al, not a 140 lb champ. So you can't argue that Floyd is ducking Hatton especially after Team Hatton's past admissions that he wasn't "ready" for Floyd a couple of years ago.

Remember, after the Tszyu and Maussa wins, Hatton signed a 3-fight deal with HBO. The first two fights were supposed to build toward a PPV showdown with Floyd. That in itself is proof he didn't want to fight Floyd for at least a year AFTER the Maussa fight.
