Mayweather knocking Corrales down 5 times.

Hopkins beating Trinidad like his son and knocking him out in the 12th.

Taylor beating Edouard's ass. But Jermain hasn't really had a big performance. Its always something with him(which he admits).

I think people are misunderstanding the meaning of this thread. It says "What's the best performance of your favorite fighter?" AKA Pick one fighter and pick one performance. I can understand having multiple favorite fighters, but they can't have multiple "best" performances.

I know Trinidad didn't really belong at 160 (although he did beat Joppy who was a legitimate middle), but this is still my favorite Hopkins win. Everyone said Hopkins would have to take the fight inside if he wanted to beat Tito, but Bernard won the fight on the outside, simply outboxing Trinidad. He arguably won every round of the fight. It wouldn't matter though, becuase Hopkins made sure the judges wouldn't be involved in the outcome. He dropped Tito to the canvas with a wicked right hand in the final round to seal the deal.

Oh yeah, I can still picture Hopkins walking to the ring to Ray Charles' 'America the Beautiful'. This fight took place in NYC only a few weeks after 9/11.
that's my pick, hopkins win over trinidad. which hopkins was a huge underdog in that fight too. i think when i placed my bet on hopkins he was +240, but i made the bet early when the lines were first set.

I'd go with Hopkins against either Trinidad or Tarver.

                      Some of my favorites:

1)Vitali Klitschko over Corrie Sanders (don't pick on my little brother!) a great performance and nice revenge. Vitali at his best!

2)Kelly Pavlik vs. Edison Miranda was wonderful to watch, great performance by Kelly, his defining fight so far...

3)Sultan Ibragimov's beating big Shannon Briggs was beautiful to behold - a technically nearly flawless performance by Sultan.
