Could Floyd ever be a six-division champion?

Could he compete with any of the top middleweights? If Cory had beaten Taylor it would have been the perfect fight for Floyd.

I can see this. Yes he can. He hardly gets hit as it is. Gotta hit the guy with the power to do damage. You cant hurt what you cant hit.

I really don't like his chancers against Sturm and Taylor. I think he could beat abraham quite easily. I think he could beat Miranda as well. Don't like his chances at super middleweight though. Kessler, Calzaghe, Mundine etc would murder him.

Wheres the option for no? I don't think he could beat any of them. He couldn't even make 154, he came to the fight like at 147-148 pounds. A middle-weight would kill him since it's not his weight class and its too high for him to go. If he went to an even lower-weight class, then yeah he could. But he can't do **** against any of those middle-weights. Thats why he hasn't called any of them out.

I like Floyd Mayweather as a boxer. Despite his egotism, and general arrogance- I think he deserves to be pound for pound champion. He's earned it. That said- no. Floyd relies on his pure boxing skill, movement, and speed to win fights. But eventually you wade into waters too deep - and 160 pounds would be the end of his undefeated record. I'm not saying he'd definetly get knocked out...but I am saying that he could get roughed up something nasty. Being the multiple weight champion he already is impresses me. If he could move back down in weight again - and still compete- taking on say, Manny Pacquiao, that would impress me quite a bit, too. Moving up again is not an option, though.

Floyd does not beat Cory Spinks at 154, let alone 160.

I promise you, I sincerely hopes this fight comes off and bodog underestimates Cory. I really do.
