Not really, this boxing injuries like this happen more often then people think. Thats why its good to have a better defense at times.

It happens a lot.. but not, generally speaking, when someone calls it, and on the card they say something might happen.

The guy called it, that's pretty crazy. Not only that, bleeding on the brain, ending of a career in early 20s?? It might happen, but it doesn't happen every week. It's a shame

I hate to be right, but..

Czar Amonsot who engaged undefeated WBO lightweight champion Michael Katsidis in a total war over twelve rounds in Las Vegas is in the ICU at a Las Vegas Hospital after a CT Scan detected what appeared to be a “little blod clot in his brain.”

Respected boxing patron Tony Aldeguer told Viva Sports/Manila Standard Today that his son Michael who was with Amonsot is by his side and a specialist has been called in to evaluate the situation .

Howeve, doctors initially said it was nothing serious but they wanted to make sure and confined him to the ICU for observation.

After the fight Katsidis looked the beaten man with his face a grotesque mass with cuts and swelling on both eyes and cheeks while Amonost didnt even have a scratch.

we just hope its nothing serious ...

I fancy that CZAR would get more fights in the U.S. for bigger paydays with that performance...

bleeding on the brain is NEVER not serious.

wow, that's weird Jack. you always were strange, in a Chris Eubank-ish kinda way.

Let's hope Czar pulls through. Katsidis hits damn hard, not impressed with his technique, but his power is good to say the least.
