  • Rees Upsets M'Baye, Arthur Wins By KO

Rees fought well but the fight was poor, Warren nets another belt, M'baye never really turned up, i might be taking something away from Rees saying that but thats what it look like.
Did'nt like his piss taking at the end no need for it poor atitude to have does'nt win you friends, but he won, and good look i think he may need it.

Rees pulls of shock win to become new WBA Light Welterweight champion!

    Didn't see this one coming!

He boxed out of his skin and above his level but Souleymane M'baye was poor.

      You ****ing idiot.

      M'Baye is Warrens fighter.

The fight was for the WBA.

Gavin Rees boxed his heart out and put in a masterful performance against a naturally bigger fighter who was 7 inches taller than him, and had a 8 inch reach advantage.

Joe Calzaghe's father seems to be one of the world's best boxing trainers, he has three titleholders now.

Got to admit I never saw this happening, fair play to Rees he fought well on the night and deserved the win.

Enzo Calzaghe is starting to make a real impact these days as a trainer, great night for his stable.

Wasnt M'Baye already in Warren's stable? If I was Warren I'd be pretty pissed - no way should Rees be fighting anywhere near LWW and he'll lose the belt against a decent natural LWW with good inside skills.
