I read that Ike Quartey plans on returning to the ring. He said that he was in the wrong weight division and is going to go back down to welterweight like oscar and mosley did. He said he will be a better fighter back at that weight and he still feels that he can have success. He wants to leave a "winning legacy" for his fans across the world. I think he can make some noise and I hope he does. I'm a fan of Quartey. He may not be able to do what he used to do, but hopefully he can have some success.

Ike "Bazooka" Quartey is a real warrior. I would've liked to see Quartey fight Tito Trinidad back in the late 90's. Alot of fighters gave Oscar De La Hoya a run for his money, but Quartey took it to him!
He's been out for a while, so it will be intersting to see what he's been working on. His best days are behind him, but I'd still like to see Quartey/De La Hoya II. As much as I like Quartey, I wouldn't want him fighting my boy Cotto. 6 or 7 years ago he would've gave Cotto a beating, but today Cotto will be too much for him. After coming down from MW, and losing to Winky, he'd have to get at least 2 wins before going after any of the WW champs.
