      .. reasonable imo
I was talking world class. Maybe we're spoilt with the likes of the WW division having so much talent but how much of that list is world class? Very little.

You're right on the criticism of Mundine for losing to Ottke though. 10 fights in and there's no shame in losing a world title fight. A touch embarrasing being knocked out by Ottke of all people but it shouldn't taint their whole career.

I've seen Mundine a few times, although I didn't see the Solimon fight although will now look out for it. I suspect quite a few on this thread also have. I simply don't rate him as world class. That's all.

that's fine man. i'm not even sure if i'd say he is world class either. he has alot of questions to answer. definitely look up the soliman fight. the knockout to ottke is embarrasing no doubt. i find the knock downs to nishizawa more embarrassing. it's the fact that ****s like me2007 arent even aware of them that frustrate me the most. why plough ahead when you're out of your depth. know what i mean?

WW is an awesome division for depth.. anywhere around there in fact.. i'd still consider SMW reasonable. kessler and calzag are both near enough to my top 10 p4p and there is alot of younger guys coming up.

Mundine isn't a nobody. In fact he is the only other guy, in top 5 who had really hard fights, so I know where HE stands.
He got beat by a version of Kessler, who only had short time to get ready after an injury. The Ottke KO may be dismissed as bad luck, in an otherwise well fought fight, the Kessler defeat can't.
Mundine vs. Froch,Bute,Inkin.. would make sense, and be quite exiting. Joe has limited time, and even if he took another fight in SMW, it would make much more sense to pick one of the undefeated.

If Joe beats Kessler, there wouldn’t be much to gain by beating Mundine. - right?

If Kessler wins, I doubt JC wants to fight anymore, unless it's close enough for a rematch.

The case of Mundine: He just lost too many important fights to come in to play.

being a world champion in todays boxing world means **** all.

being knocked out by Ottke on the other hand is all anyone needs to know about that big mouth mundine.

if you dont like my opinions, dont read them.

                    it more of Mundine advantage.

If Kessler win Calzaghe then it Mundine gains because he could fight Calzaghe
