    Williams vs Cintron

I think this fight should be made because there both young hungry champions and it would be a unification bout, I know this is a dangerous fight for williams because of the 1 punch power of cintron, but I think williams could knock out cintron in the later rounds, I still question cintrons chin, So Id say Williams by Tko10, I dont think his chin would hold up for 12 rounds with williams punch output speed and his constant pressure, unless cintron gets a early knockout.

id pick Cintron, Williams didnt impress me against Margarito......but he could very welll outwork the **** out of Cintron and get the Decision, but Steward is no ****** newbie, he would come up with a plan Cintron could use against that lanky bastard...

I'd pick Cintron to win because of the vast improvement he's shown since his loss to Margarito. Not to mention his amazing knockout power and having one of, if not the greatest trainer in the world in his corner in Emmanuel Steward. I think Cintron has a serious future and I'd love to see Cotto-Cintron one day down the line.

Margarito has a Iron chin and williams gets more tkos than kos, walter has bad defense so dont jump the gun on cintron, Williams has the speed punch output and reach to beat any WW.

It might be the only fight out there for both of them. Who wants to fight either of them right now? High risk, low reward. If they fight, the winner could make a case for the better known fighters in the division. Citron isn't gong to get Mosely. Williams isn't going to get Cotto. Mayweather isn't touching either of them (Money, he'd say, but both are dangerous), and DLH is looking for someone who'll stand in front of him.

What other choice do they have?

Anyone who is picking Cintron is just picking him off of hope. No way he has showed enough for someone to pick him. He looked very good against Mathysee but Im still not sold. He still seems uncoordinated, has bad balance, and I think he still gets shooked if a guy can stand up to him and stay offensive against him. I see Williams easily overwhelming him and stopping him withing 7 as Cintron gets nervous and goes into a shell.

He has Foreman like power at times but he doesnt have the overall tools to go with it. He's getting better but Williams is definatly not the guy for him to fight right now. If he wants to fight someone then it should be Clottey or something

True, but if Margarito got started earlier, he might have got to him. Some of the shots he landed did real damage, it just wasn't enough to overcome the punch output.

Personally, I had the Margarito - Williams fight very close. I scored it for Williams, but only by two rounds. I also think that Cotto could destroy Williams, and would put Citron up as the favorite if they fought.

Here are the Welter fights I'd want to see most:
                Mayweather - Any top Welterweight.

Not because I like his style, but only because, if he's as good as he seems, I'd like to witness the legacy he could create. If, and it's a big if to me, Mayweather ran the table on the current crop of Welter's, over the next three years, then he could legitimately be place amongst the greatest of all time.

The only problem, and perhaps the most frustrating thing about the guy, is he probably won't do it.

I'd pick Williams, because Cintron doesn't have the body attack to slow Williams down, from what I've seen. If he gets lucky/in there, he could drop him. He's a pretty big puncher. BUT, Williams, is a good boxer, nice movement, good chin and a nice long and quick jab. Tall, long reach, great stamina. He's my pick, but I'm not surprised either way.

Williams is being overhyped imo. He fought a good fight, but he showed alot of holes. People are already calling him the most feared boxer in the sport.

Williams leaves himself to open for Cintron. Margo couldn;t hit him very flush more often because he is very slow and his punches are too wide. Cintron throws a fast THUNDERING right hand, which i think would put Paul right down on his ass.

I'm a big williams fan though. He needs to develop a little more power.
