Winky Wright and Hopkins both destroyed tito. I'm pretty sure even an old roy could do the same thing. Tito is too flat footed to be able to beat jones.

Jones will never get another legitimate world title.

He was a great fighter before because of his speed and reflexes, and age deteriorates them dramatically.

Its not like he fought with a great defence because his reflexes were his defence, without those he will get mashed against any top world class fighter.

All he has now is his strength, and still has some speed.

Thats why he has now started to fight using the Winky style defence, and its too late in my opinion to change your style.

i honestly cannot believe people think tito can contend at that high of a weight. he's fat and out of shape right now and he is too lazy to make a lower weight. i loved tito back in the day and all, but how can anyone think he can make noise anymore?? he'll lose, and retire again...

he can never be as great as he once was, age plays a role for sure.. But he can still make some noise in the boxing world without a doubt..

I hope he does good

Roy Jones is my favorite "actve" fighter. This is the autum of his career. I hope he gets motivated and gives it one more good run. If he comes in the ring at less than 100% mentally, than he should retire now so he doesn't get embarrassed again. If his head is in it, I think he can still win another title. The field ain't all that deep.
