LOL what do you expect him to say on the street? That he doesn't want him next? Come on, that means nothing. At least he didn't make an excuse though, say something like "I want him, but he's tough to negotiate with" or some bull****.

hatton is probabley the easiest fight for floyd at the moment just because hatton isnt that great at 147. his style leaves alot of openings for th equick flody to pot shot all night. i hope it happens, im sick of all the hatton hype to be honest, hes the man at 140 but he cant compete at 147 with all these superstars arising at th emoment. flame me if you want. ill be glad for cotto, williams, floyd and berto to prove you wrong.

That's what I'm feeling. It doesn't matter though. I think Malignaggi or Floyd both beat him. I don't know how Paulie would handle someone smothering him though. He can take a beating though.

Didn't Hatton say he would make an announcement some time in August?

I think his dad said that, i dont mind to be honest, hatton says he wants the best,

As long his next fight is against

                Mayweather
                Paulie
Witter/Harris (preferably witter, harris lost to maussa, so that fight aint hot)

Then i can live with that.

PBF, Cotto or DLH are all good with me. Even Paulie as a last resort but **** Witter and Harris.

Yeah, i really think de la hoya is just ****ing with floyd, i dont think he any intention of coming to england and fighting hatton.

Cotto would be at 147, i think hatton will stay at 140 regardless.

But yeah those are all acceptable fights.

Hatton's promoter has offered a contract to Floyd, so how the **** did you come to that conclusion?

The delay is likely that negotiations are going on between Hatton's management, TV networks AND Hatton's promotion - whether he will stay with Hobson or have some sort of deal with Golden Boy - or even the dealings with Frank Warren!
