Thompson Boxing Promotions returns on Friday, July 27th with a main event pitting two undefeated fighters at a crossroads in their career. Junior Welterweight Timothy Bradley Jr. will defend his WBC Youth Junior Welterweight title when he faces Miguel Vazquez in a 10 round bout at the Omega Products International in Corona, CA. Bradley, (20-0, 11KO’s) from Palm Springs, CA is coming off a 10 round unanimous decision victory over southpaw Donald Camarena last month in Santa Ynez, CA. He is rated number three by the WBC, number eight by the WBA, and number 10 by the WBO. The little known Vazquez, (19-0, 9 KO’s) from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, defeated once beaten Reyes Sanchez in May over eight rounds.
