I think it's either Mayweather or Mosley in the end.

I would add mosley margarito and clottey in a tournament of the top welter weights, but I just ment the current champions, williams would be akward for any WW.

I doubt cintron would ko williams, he has the power to knockout any ww, but could only last 5 rounds with margarito, Williams by Tko11 or UD cintrons only chance against williams is a early round Ko, margarito has a Iron chin and I doubt cintrons chin would hold up with williams output over 12 rounds.
