As far as this fight goes, Holt should win this easily, but he says he's going to try and **** this one out quickly, and if he has been ktfo by Davis and kd a number of times in his career, Torres has the proverbial puncher's chance in this one.

Ya...Torres is real tuff. I saw his last fight and he looked really fat. But hes slik and crafty and got a good punch. I saw Holt get KTFO'd by Davis...Torres moss deff hits harder than Davis does. Davis is like 11-5 now w/alot of 'by tko's.'
