If Winky KOs Hopikins, where will that place him p4p?

Assuming that Winky wins this fight in extremely spectacular fashion(which I doubt), would he somehow swoop Floyd's position as #1 on most people's p4p list?

I have no opinion, just looking for insight..

Yea, I stated myself that I doubt it but hypothetically speaking.. I'm not sure how much a close decision would move him up. If he's #2 would it move him at all..(?)

A clean decision over a Hopkins who shows himself to still not be over the hill in terms of ability is a major victory.
