Do you think Hatton has more power and strength than Margarito? Hatton couldn't stay on the outside and box him because he has no reach. He would have to come into Margarito's territory on the inside and get knocked out. Hatton is the same fighter who couldn't handle Collazo's power...

Hatton is more ferocious and quicker than many people think and you can't count him out.

However physcially and stylisticly I think Williams and Mosley are all wrong for Hatton.

Against Margarito, Cotto, Clottey and Mayweather you gotta give him a chance as a VERY live underdog due to his work rate, experience, handspeed and tenacity.

How can you SSM is to good for Hatton yet Mayweather isnt??? Margarito i think would beat hatton also!!! The only one i think hatton could trouble is Cintron!!! Hatton will lose bad against floyd if he takes that fight!!!

i used to think Cotto would murder him, but I am starting to change my mind, because Hatton does NOT get wobbled in EVERY fight he is in, and he is way faster than Hatton.

Mayweather and Mosley I dont think so (maybe Mosley because he does not care about defense) but they would be fights with a lot of punches thrown

I think Hatton COULD beat Margarito, Williams or Cotto, but I don't see him really having the edge, or being the favorite in ANY of these fights. I could be wrong, though.

If I had to bet money I doubt he'd beat any of them. If he could take Margarito's punches and was fast enough he could beat him. He can't trade with Margarito though. He has to try and box him IMO.

I'd have to say he'd have trouble with all the boxers. Out of all the fighters though, I think he'd have the best chance against Cotto or Margarito just because of their styles. Paul Williams just has to fall on Ricky Hatton and SSM and PBF are slick quick fighters.
