Fight damage

I got into a fight on the strip a couple weeks back and this guy clipped me a good shot right above the temple. It stayed a bit sore for like 10 days and now there's like this small little lump. It feels almost like the consistancy of cartilage. Sometimes it hurts a tiny bit, but not bad by any means. Is it dangerous or not something to worry about?

Get an X-RAY. Its probably a bruise, but if he was wearing a knuckle duster it could be a hole in your head!
